We are looking for junior and senior technicians to help our ever-growing company. Our Consumer Service Technicians have positive attitudes and are customer service oriented. Technicians should be physically able to carry and climb ladders, show no fear of heights, and work in all outside conditions.
The name Cloud 9 has nothing to do with the particular services we offer. It's about our clients and our team members' experiences. We are deeply rooted in customer service. We are not happy with satisfied customers but strive to create raving fans. We work hard to create a fun, exciting, and challenging work environment for the team. Family cookouts, company pool parties, excellent and continuous training. 80% of weekends are off. We do not work Holidays. We work 11 months out of the year. Cloud 9 is a fast-growing, local, family-owned business with plenty of opportunities for upward mobility. Each crew will work at 3-5 different locations per day.
You will be trained on how to use all of our advanced equipment to professionally clean windows, gutters, siding, roofs, and flat surfaces. You will be trained on how to install gutter guards and design and install custom Christmas lights.
You will receive training in safety and customer service. Our training programs will quickly bring you up to speed. Your pace of advancement within our company is entirely up to you.

If you have minimal experience, you'll begin as a junior field technician at an hourly rate of $15. Your objective is to advance to a senior field technician, earning $16-20/hr, at which point additional company benefits will be available.
The best of our technicians will rapidly graduate to a coveted Lead Technician position. Lead technicians consistently earn $20-30/hr. And have access to other awesome perks.

If you have substantial experience in this industry, you may be able to start at a higher level. If you have limited or no experience, we will start you as a junior technician and give you substantial pay increases as you achieve certain benchmarks.
Most trainees reach senior technician status within nine months. Top performers can reach lead technician status quickly.
Our workdays are Monday-Sunday. We typically only schedule work Monday-Friday. We use weekends for jobs that need to be rescheduled because of bad weather or by customer request. We do not work during major holidays. The start time each day varies by season. In colder weather, we start later, and in warmer weather, we start earlier. The average start and end time is 7 am-3 pm. This does vary. There will be overtime.
